Lynstead is a cosy, comfortable Guest House with a homely, friendly atmosphere run by the proprietors, Bob and Lesley Mair, and is situated in an enviable position close to the town centre and a half-mile level walk to the seafront and the beautiful Jurassic coastline.

We offer a choice of family, double, twin and single-bedded rooms, each with TV, central heating, hairdryers, radio/alarm clock, toiletries pack, shaver points and tea/coffee making facilities. Other facilities such as iron and ironing board are available upon request.
