Occupying an enviable level position close to the town centre and a half-mile walk to the seafront and the beautiful Jurassic coastline, the property backs on to the River Sid and National Trust parkland (The Byes) where peaceful walks, and optional duck-feeding, can be enjoyed in the tranquil environment. 'Lynstead' is ideally situated as a base to explore the delights of Sidmouth,or to venture further afield and discover the widespread attractions of East Devon and beyond.
